Chopped Green Salad
romaine lettuce, radicchio, tomato, cucumber, red onions & carrots
with your choice of
Creamy Ranch  or  Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressings

Fresh Fruit Salad
diced assorted seasonal fruit

Loaded Baked Potato Bar
roasted halves of potatoes with the following toppings:
scallions, bacon bits, sour cream, butter & cheddar cheese
 

 Also included:
fresh baked buns,
BBQ sauces & other condiments,
signature cast iron skillet corn bread

 

* Vegetarian Option:

For those requesting a vegetarian meal the entrée is a plated dinner
Pumpkin Squash Ravioli
with brown butter sauce, parmesan cheese,
fried sage & toasted pine nuts
served with oven roasted tomatoes

Also included will be the salads,
buns & signature corn bread on the buffet
